Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Payments and Refunds

Our website offers services subject to the terms, conditions and rules associated with the provider regarding bookings, cancellations and refunds. When purchasing a service, users should carefully review the provider's terms and conditions.
In order to cancel or receive a refund, the user must cancel the booking/reservation at least 48 hours before the booking date.
Prepaid services can be canceled or modified, but a cancellation fee is charged in accordance with the service provider's refund policy. The Hotel may charge the User a fee in accordance with its cancellation policy if the User fails to cancel in accordance with its policies.
When the user does not want to check in on the first day of the booking and wants to check in for the remaining nights, he must confirm the changes on the first day of the booking or it depends on the hotel policy. So that their reservation is not cancelled.
Some services are non-refundable or non-changeable. Upon agreeing to the terms and conditions, the user will be subject to the stated cancellation and amendment fees. 
In the event that a pre-booking for any of our services cannot be confirmed, it is our responsibility to refund the full amount or provide the same service with another provider at a similar price, quality and category.
Any cancellation resulting from a user for any reason will not be covered by Riyadh.
Some Wallet Balance Points are earned through promotional activities, which are always limited to the special terms and conditions associated with the original promotion. It is not always calculated from the total wallet balance earned in cash.
Riyadh provides reservation services or authorization to purchase tickets by purchasing a subscription package (points) to use, and all points are for one reservation only.
The package is valid for a full year from the date of purchase. If the points are not used during the year and the balance is not cleared, the user has the right to claim them.
Riyadh reserves the right to change applicable fees or charges and impose new fees and charges at the end of the initial service term or current renewal term, upon prior notice to the customer (which may be sent via email).
  If Customer believes that Company has billed Customer incorrectly, Customer must contact Company no later than 60 days after the closing date on the first billing statement on which the error or problem arose, in order to obtain an adjustment or credit. Inquiries should be directed to the company's customer support department.
When the User wishes to redeem the package for cash, the value of the points will be used, including the discount depending on the cost of the nearest remaining package of the User's account. No one, except the user, has the right to request or exchange points or financial amounts.
The user is not entitled to claim additional or replacement points. If the reservations are not paid to the carrier/airline, Riyadh's financial liability to the user will be cancelled.
Riyadh will not be responsible or liable if the user provides incorrect, forged or stolen financial information. We will use all legal means and ensure that the user’s account is closed and the user will be permanently banned from the site.

Restrictions on use

1. Prohibited obligations and activities

          As a user of Al Riyadh Company, you acknowledge that you are obligated to do the following:

   a. The user must refrain from any illegal use, violation, or violation of the policy.

   The User must provide Riyadh with any information and/or documents upon request.
   You may not republish, sell, resell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, copy or redistribute the content from Riyadh.
   The User must follow all provisions regarding purchases and payments, including payment of all amounts due to Transfer Lines.    You should never make false guesses or reservations out of curiosity; In this case, Riyadh is not responsible for any of this, and the user must bear full responsibility.
   You must not attempt to circumvent arrangements to prevent access to the Riyadh Website or violate the restrictions of the private electronic address displayed on the Website.
    Compensation

   It is the user's responsibility to protect and defend Riyadh, its employees and service providers from any harm or financial problem, including but not limited to expenses, disputes, penalties or any other costs, including legal costs, arising from the following:

   Any violation of this Agreement.

   B. Any violation of the site's terms, rights, or laws, or malicious use of the site.

   C. Sharing or selling commercial advertisements that may contain violations of local regulations.

Warranty and Disclaimer

1. Riyadh is not responsible for non-final completion of the reservation process, as the contract for the sale of any ticket is bilateral between the user and the carrier/airlines.
   Riyadh has absolutely no affiliation with any transportation or hotel service providers. This means that we cannot be held liable for any problems arising out of/in any transportation, including but not limited to refunds, cancellation or compensation. In addition, the company will not be responsible for any financial issue (cancellation, compensation or expenses) or other problems such as delays or changes in flight schedules.

    When traveling through Riyadh and its service providers, it is not guaranteed that the trip will be free of risks or problems. Therefore, we are not responsible for any risks or damages incurred through our travel services. Hence, we encourage our users to read more about our travel policies before traveling.
    If any liability is proven on Riyadh or any of the service providers it works with, this will result in the recovery of the service fees that the customer paid to the airport company for this process only, and the company is not obligated to any other compensation. Determining responsibility as a system governing the relationship between the airport and its customers reflects the identification of risks between the two parties, and therefore the conditions mentioned in this file will be valid even if errors are dealt with in a proper manner.
   The user acknowledges and agrees to absolve Riyadh and/or any of its officials and representatives, from any claim, dispute, costs, damages or liability, and any direct and/or indirect loss not attributable to Riyadh itself.

General Provisions

 In the event of a jurisdictional dispute, the printed version of these Terms and Conditions shall be the valid original.

 The Riyadh Agreement is entirely constituted by these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, it supersedes any other oral or written agreement.
